Dr Scott Benjamin & Dr Parvaneh Bahrami
Dr. Scott Benjamin is an internationally recognized expert on dental lasers and advanced dental technologies. He is in private practice in upstate New York where he utilizes several different lasers of various wavelengths on an everyday basis. Scott overseeing laser programs at several universities and is a Past-Chair of ADEA’s Special Interest Group on Laser in Dentistry. Additionally, he Co-Chairs the ADA Standards Committee Working Group on Dental Lasers and is a Past-President of the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Parvaneh Bahrami obtained her first degree in Dentistry (DDS) in Iran in 1992. She completed the Qualifying program at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto with honors in 2004. She continued her education at the graduate level with Specialty Training in Periodontology and Implant Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto obtaining her Master of Science degree in 2012. More than a decade of experience in general dentistry before becoming a specialist has been an invaluable asset in her understanding and treating patients and working with referring dentists.
