  Fees and Conditions

Price: 1.200,00 EUR (+22% VAT)

Registrations will close 4 weeks before the start of the workshop. To maintain the educational quality of the workshop, the number of participants is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrange transportation and hotel bookings ONLY after receiving confirmation. Fotona cannot be held liable for cancellation fees or travel arrangements. We will send you confirmation of your registration and participation at least two weeks before the start of each workshop. Cancellation Policy: 50% of registration fees will be charged if cancellation takes place up to 14 days before the start of the workshop. 100% of the total amount will be charged if you notify us about your cancellation less than 14 days before the beginning of the workshop. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (email) to Fotona. The date of receipt (email) will serve as the basis for refunds. 

Please note that the number of participants is limited. We kindly advise arranging travel and accommodation only after receiving official confirmation of your registration. Additionally, please ensure you check all travel requirements, including visa regulations, well in advance of your trip to Slovenia. Fotona cannot be held responsible for any travel-related cancellation costs.
