We are delighted to invite you to the 16th Laser & Health Academy Symposium, taking place from June 12th to 13th, 2026, in the seaside resort town of Portorož, Slovenia.
This year, the Symposium returns to the coast at an exciting new venue: the Grand Hotel Bernardin, home to Slovenia’s largest congress center. Located between the charming coastal towns of Portorož and Piran, the venue offers an ideal setting to exchange ideas, connect with fellow laser experts, and explore the latest advances in laser medicine—just steps from the Adriatic Sea.
The 2026 program features a rich lineup of high-quality educational sessions covering both established and emerging medical laser applications. Practical, forward-looking, and clinically relevant, this Symposium is designed to help you stay at the forefront of innovation in your field.
Important Accommodation Information
Hotel bookings are not handled through the Symposium registration website. We encourage all attendees to arrange accommodation independently as early as possible. Links to recommended hotels are available on the Symposium website.
Exclusive Congress Rates
Special congress rates are available at the Grand Hotel Bernardin, where the Congress Center is located, and at the nearby Hotel Histrion. The early bird rate is available until March 4th using promo code FOTONA.
Additional Recommended Hotels
Guests staying at Hotel Slovenija or Grand Hotel Portorož should use promo code FOTONA2026. These hotels are approximately 2 km from the venue, about a 30-minute walk along the seaside promenade or a short drive. Organized bus transportation will be available between these hotels and the congress venue.
